Principal Responsibilities:
1. Understand responsible market needs and build customer network for TK brand loyalty and business growth
2. Develop and maintain strong dealer network to promote and sell TK products over competition through right value proposition
3. Provide products training to dealers and customers to ensure our products features and capacity will be fully understood and operated properly by our dealers and customers
4. Work closely with dealers to drive sales performance results in terms of products market shares, sales volume and pricing realization
5. Coordinate with internal departments to support dealers for orders, delivery and quality claims
6. Provide market information about competitors’ product performance, market new products requirement and customer/dealer feedback to PM team
Qualifications:
· Bachelor’s degree in refrigeration, HVAC, Engineering, Science or other relevant technical fields.
· At least 5 years’ sales experience in dealership management, with approach of direct selling, technical selling to influence end-users, leading or coordinating in a cross-area project will be a plus.
· Sales passion and familiar with the dealer sales model is a must for this role.
· Passionate, results-driven, with strong learning agility.
· Excellent written and oral communication and presentation skills.
· Willing to travel frequently.
· OEM business experience preferred.
