This position is designated as On-Site and is based in Bengaluru location
What will you do
Key responsibilities include:
- Customize and configure Salesforce applications to meet unique business needs.
- Develop and maintain Apex code, Visualforce pages, and Lightning components.
- Manage custom objects, fields, workflows, and validation rules.
- Integrate Salesforce with other systems and ensure ongoing platform optimization.
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues, maintain documentation, and participate in code reviews.
- Mentor junior developers and collaborate across teams to drive high standards.
What you will bring
- 3+ years of experience in Salesforce development or a related field.
- Strong knowledge of Salesforce platform tools and development (Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Components).
- Experience in integrations (REST/SOAP APIs, JSON, XML) and web technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript, frameworks like Angular or React).
- Proven problem-solving skills and commitment to quality.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
- Relevant certifications, such as Salesforce Certified Platform Developer/Administrator.
- A passion for inclusion—ready to uplift others and drive results.
