Senior Design Engineer

Functional Expertise and Leadership:
- Hands on experience working on product design utilizing software's such as Inventor, Creo with working knowledge in Sheetmetal design, tubing design, assembly instructions, preparing and release of manufacturing drawings.
- Ability to lead multiple projects, agility to work with project requirements and aspiration to potentially growing in an organization.
- Hands on experience working in advanced areas such Inventor automation and creo automation.
- Hands on experience in product design and development while working on NPD, VAVE, Productivity and QnR projects.
- Hands on experience working on PLM processes utilizing software such as Windchill, Fourshift & MISys.
- Complete Understanding of tools and technologies used in Engineering Design.
- Capable of working independently in multiple projects, coordination and collaboration with different project stakeholders and cross functional teams
- Perform design review as needed.
- Ability to use problem solving techniques to over come the project technical challenges.
- Actively contribute to the areas of innovation, soft productivity, sustainability, automation, prototype development / POCs.
- Proficient in English, both oral and written. Skills to present and communicate complex ideas effectively.
- Demonstrable leadership skills, professional and positive approach, diligent with attention to detail, team player and able to work on own initiative, assertive, adaptable, creative and a willingness to go the extra mile when required.
Qualification:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical
