The Senior Financial Analyst will learn and maintain sales incentive compensation plans in Supply + Residential (RHVAC) through modeling, partnership, and insight delivery. This role will drive process efficiencies cross-functionally in plan management, calculation, and payroll. Where is the work:
Due to the nature of this role, this position has been designated as a Hybrid work schedule, with work performed onsite 3 days each week.
What you will do:
- Support incentive compensation plan calculations and reporting for ~1,700 incentives eligible employees in Supply + RHVAC
- Lead the monthly close process for all field organization headcount including modeling financial results, variance analysis, and conveying results to leadership
- Complete reconciliation process for Supply + RHVAC incentive compensation balance sheet reserves
- Prepare monthly analysis between accrual/payroll and make recommendations to close gaps between results
- Maintain standard work documentation for Supply + RHVAC plan group incentive compensation calculations and monthly processes
- Function as Tableau security administrator for Incentive Compensation statements and access requests
- Review and resolve HR cases related to various aspects of Incentive Compensation calculations
- Maintain existing Alteryx and Tableau models to provide insightful results dashboards to all layers of the sales HR and Finance organizations, driving performance management and financial analysis
- Participate in incentive comp plan training with HR partners and Sales Analytics manager
- Serve as functional analyst in Sales Incentive Management System deployment through design, testing, and implementation
- Collaborate with other finance teams, HR, and sales on ad-hoc sales performance analysis as needed through modeling in excel or Tableau
What you will bring:
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance or equivalent required. MBA a plus.
- Minimum 5-7 years of experience in finance, economics or related field
- Sales Finance, Analytics experience preferred but not required
- Comfortable working in matrix environment
- Compelling and collaborative communication style
- High level of learning agility and intellectual curiosity
- Detail oriented and deadline sensitive
- Experience in Tableau, Alteryx, Dataiku, Onestream and financial modeling a plus
- Travel 5%
Compensation:
Base Pay Range: $95,000-$125,000
