Where is the work:

Job Summary:

This role leads the vision, strategy, and execution of complex products by translating business objectives into actionable plans and guiding cross-functional teams to deliver customer-focused solutions. They ensure alignment across stakeholders while driving continuous improvement and measurable product outcome

 

What you will do:    

  • Lead a team of product owners to drive the strategic product direction and prioritize development efforts for long term road map.
  • Manage and prioritize the product backlog, balancing strategic initiatives with operational needs.
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams – including engineering, design, QA, operations, and business stakeholders – to ensure clear understanding of requirements and priorities.
  • Translate high-level business goals into clear, actionable user stories and acceptance criteria.
  • Make informed decisions based on data, customer insights, market research, and feedback.
  • Serve as the voice of the customer, ensuring the product delivers real value.
  • Provide direction and clarity during sprint planning, daily standups, and review sessions.
  • Review and approve completed work to ensure it meets quality and acceptance standards.
  • Identify risks and remove blockers that impact product delivery.
  • Measure product performance through KPIs, analytics, and user feedback.
  • Mentor junior product owners and contribute to best practices across the product organization.
  • Communicate product updates, progress, and strategic decisions to leadership and stakeholders.
  • Drive continuous improvement in team processes, product quality, and customer experience

 

What you will bring: 

  • Bachelor’s degree in business, engineering, computer science, or a related field; MBA or advanced degree is often preferred.
  • 7+ years in product management or product ownership, including experience managing Product Owners or leading cross-functional teams.
  • Proven ability to lead, coach, and develop Product Owners and product teams.
  • Ability to define product strategy, align it to business goals, and guide teams in executing long-term roadmaps.
  • Experience managing multiple products or a portfolio of initiatives at scale.
  • Strong understanding of Agile frameworks (Scrum, SAFe, Kanban) and the ability to guide teams in best practices.
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to influence senior stakeholders and navigate complex organizational environments.
  • Solid understanding of technology and engineering processes to guide decisions and support technical teams.
  • Ability to evaluate market trends, customer needs, performance metrics, and financial impact to drive strategy.
  • Comfortable making high-impact decisions, managing trade-offs, and resolving escalated issues.
  • Experience leading transformation initiatives, scaling Agile practices, or driving organizational change.
  • Familiarity with enterprise-level product management tools and frameworks (Jira, ADO, roadmapping platforms, SAFe ARTs, etc.)

Compensation:    

Base Pay Range: $150,100-198,900

This role will also include a Bonus/Incentive Plan.
