Senior Project Engineer

Job Summary：
Supports customer needs through a blend of Project Management and Technician activities. Responsible for end to end testing, downloading programming, starting up, commissioning, and servicing on assigned projects. May manage projects, from beginning to end, with direct responsibility for project execution to accomplish specific objectives in a given time frame and with available.
Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage the implementation of a broad, coordinated set of plans and programs to meet the goals and priorities of Trane Technologies contracting project.
- Planning project’s timeline and schedule
- Budgeting for the necessary resources and tools needed to achieve the project’s goals
- Oversee all project’s work streams
- Document progress and milestones and barriers to success
- Report project’s status to stakeholders
- Cultivating contacts with vendor requirement planners or developers as needed
- Resolve project issue’s as they arise.

Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s Degree or technical equivalent
- Minimum of 5 years of professional project management experience
- Ability to adhere and follow project management budgets
- Ability to work well in a cross-capability team
- Organization and attention to detail is essential
- Must be able to clearly articulate the goals of the client and translate that into the ideas behind our work
- Strong client management skills are a must
- Manage and partner with other Trane Technologies lines of businesses
- Deep understanding of standard project management
- Understanding of resource management and planning including use of resource management software
- Strong understanding of Microsoft Office and other relevant project management tools
