What will you do

Key responsibilities include:

• Lead Design and Development: Spearhead the design and development efforts across the Salesforce core platform and B2B Commerce, ensuring the delivery of scalable and secure enterprise solutions.
• Sales Cloud and Service Cloud Solutions: Design and implement solutions for Sales Cloud and Service Cloud, encompassing lead-to-opportunity, quoting, order management, and case management processes.
• Component Development: Develop high-quality, reusable components using Lightning Web Components (LWC) for both internal users and B2B storefronts.
• Apex Code Management: Write, review, and optimize Apex code (Triggers, Batch, Queueable, integrations) to support complex business logic.
• System Integration: Integrate Salesforce with external systems using REST/SOAP APIs, Named Credentials, and event-based patterns.
• Order Management: Work with Salesforce Order Management (OMS) and its integration with B2B Commerce to streamline order processing and fulfillment.
• Performance Optimization: Troubleshoot, enhance, and optimize existing Salesforce and B2B Commerce implementations for performance and scalability.
• Technical Design: Translate complex business requirements into robust technical designs aligned with Salesforce best practices.
• Code Quality and Compliance: Enforce standards for code quality, security, performance, and governor limit compliance.
• Collaboration: Collaborate with architects, product owners, and stakeholders to drive adoption and successful delivery.

What you will bring

• Experience: 8+ years in Salesforce development, including core Salesforce and B2B implementations.
• Technical Skills: Proficient in:
  • Salesforce Platform (Apex, LWC, SOQL, Flows)
  • Sales Cloud and Service Cloud
  • Salesforce B2B Commerce
• Track Record: Proven success in delivering Salesforce and B2B Commerce solutions.
• Knowledge: Strong understanding of Salesforce security, data architecture, and governor limits.
• Leadership: Experience in leading technical projects, code reviews, and guiding teams.
• Problem-Solving: Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work independently.
• Communication: Strong communication skills to translate business needs into technical solutions.

Key Competencies:

• Certifications: Salesforce certifications like Platform Developer II, B2B Commerce Implementation Specialist.
• Order Management: Experience with Salesforce Order Management (OMS).
• Front-End Frameworks: Familiarity with React, Vue, or headless commerce architectures.
• DevOps Practices: Knowledge of CI/CD tools, DevOps practices, and version control.
• Large-Scale Environments: Experience in large-scale or multi-org Salesforce environments.
