Job Summary
The North America Residential Integrated Supply Chain team is seeking a highly analytical individual to strengthen our business performance through actionable data and consistent reporting. This role partners with SBU Leaders and the Enterprise Data Team to deliver the insights, tools, and visibility needed to run the business effectively—supporting new product development, strategic initiatives, daily execution, and continuous improvement.
You will own core reporting, enhance data quality, and ensure leaders have timely, accurate information to drive decisions that improve cash flow, supplier performance, operational health, and sustainability outcomes.
Where is the work:
- From Monday to Thursday, work onsite with your colleagues. On Fridays, choose your work location, balancing what your work requires. This role can be based in St. Peters, MO, Davidson, NC or Tyler, TX
What you will do:
Lead daily/weekly/monthly operational reporting and provide insights that support business execution and performance management.
Define and maintain KPIs that measure supplier performance, delivery health, inventory accuracy, and overall operational effectiveness.
Use advanced analytics to identify trends, diagnose issues, and support both short‑term actions and long‑term planning.
Partner with Enterprise Data, SBUs, and cross‑functional teams to improve data governance, availability, and item life‑cycle management.
Act as a liaison between business teams and technical partners to ensure reporting tools and analytics meet operational needs.
Support adoption of new reporting standards, tools, and system upgrades to improve business processes and data accuracy.
Serve as an SME for data management, Oracle item setup, and item enrichment workflows (Oracle Apex).

What you will bring:
Technical Requirements
Proficiency with Tableau or similar visualization tools
Experience with ERP/MRP systems (Oracle, SAP, JDE), SQL, Dataiku, and large datasets
Understanding of supply chain planning tools, data warehouses, and key operational metrics
Familiarity with Oracle item setup and item life‑cycle management preferred
Experience & Education
5–7+ years in data analytics required. Specific focus in supply chain or operations preferred
Experience in manufacturing or distribution strongly preferred
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Supply Chain, Data Analytics, Statistics, or related field
Foundational Materials knowledge required; APICS certification preferred
Compensation:
Base Pay Range: $90,000 - $125,000. This role will be bonus eligible
