· Responsible for unit installation & instruction, repair and maintenance service to direct selling customer by coordinating resource/setup new service station etc. Provide technical support and regular training & visit for key account.
· Implementing the after-sales parts/service projects & solution as required. Provide technical support on part project filed testing and application,tracking and feedback.
· Develop and optimize service network and enhance service ability to achieve effective and timely maintenance activities and customer satisfaction.
· Manage and supervise regional dealer/service system to ensure all service activities as parts inventory, maintenance one time pass rate, maintenance satisfaction, charging standards,service process etc. in compliance with company policy and standard service norms & procedure.
· Conduct onsite or online coaching or knowledge-transfer to dealer for service ability continuous enhancement, distributor & OEM for installation quality improvement, end-user for unit operation and risk control of cold chain transportation.
· Service hotline support and coordination, support warranty claim management.
· Collect and feedback quality issues, problems and VOC to cross team for product improvement.
Qualifications:
· Bachelor and above degree, HVAC or related science/engineering major.
· At least 3 years’ aftermarket or technical service experience.
· Good interpersonal skills.
· Good written and oral communication and presentation skills.
· Willing to travel frequently.
