Service Sales Engineer (Piemonte, Liguria, Valle d’Aosta).
As a Services Sales Engineer, you will join Trane’s best‑in‑class Commercial HVAC team. This is an exciting opportunity to contribute to building efficiency and sustainability through our Service offerings.
• Identify sales opportunities with existing and new customers, prepare proposals, and coordinate internal processes to ensure high customer satisfaction
• Promote customer growth and loyalty through continuous support and assistance
• Perform in line with company strategy regarding customer channels, product mix, and pricing levels
• Track and report opportunities in Trane’s customer database in a timely manner
• Prepare and review contract terms and conditions using standard Trane templates when applicable
• Present proposals to customers
• Follow up with purchasing process stakeholders
• Develop, evaluate, and discuss possible solutions with customers
• Achieve assigned sales and customer development targets by focusing on service, customer acquisition, and account development
• 1–3 years of industrial sales experience (preferably HVAC)
– We also consider junior profiles without experience in HVAC or sales, including those with PM or quotation backgrounds
• Market intelligence and competitive awareness
• Nice to have proven sales skills with the ability to achieve results
• Basic knowledge of electrical, mechanical, or thermodynamic principles (refrigerant circuits, compressors) – preferable
• Customer advocacy mindset
• Strong interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills, enabling a consultative selling approach
• Ability to build strong customer relationships based on trust
• Team player focused on both individual and shared goals
• Commitment to excellence
• Fluent Italian and communicative English (minimum B1 level)
• Proficiency in MS Office and Outlook
• Location: Turin (preferred)
