Job Summary:

We are currently hiring a Senior Salesforce Developer, who will be responsible for leading the design, development, testing, and deployment of complex and customized solutions within our global Salesforce platform. They will provide technical expertise, mentorship, and guidance to junior developers and collaborate with business stakeholders and solution/technical architects to drive successful implementations.

Responsibilities: 

• Lead the customization and configuration of Salesforce applications to meet complex business needs.
• Develop and maintain advanced Apex code, Visualforce pages, Flows and Lightning components.
• Create and manage complex custom objects, fields, workflows, and validation rules.
• Work to enhance the efficiency, effectiveness, and overall performance of the Salesforce platform through focused business projects.
• Design and implement Salesforce integrations with other systems using APIs and web services.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams and business stakeholders to gather requirements and design solutions.
• Troubleshoot and resolve complex issues related to Salesforce functionality and performance.
• Create and maintain technical documentation, including design specifications and test plans.
• Conduct code reviews and provide feedback to ensure code quality and best practices.
• Lead data migration and data cleansing activities.
• Mentor and provide guidance to junior developers.

Qualifications & Key Competencies:

• 6+ years of experience as a Salesforce Developer, with a proven track record of successful implementations.
• Strong knowledge and expertise in Salesforce platform, including Apex, Visualforce, Lightning components, and declarative configuration.

·       Cloud experience with Sales & Service, Commerce Cloud, Partner Communities and Customer Communities (Experience), Omnichannel, and Field Service a plus

• Proficiency in Salesforce development tools, such as Salesforce DX, Force.com IDE, and Salesforce Extensions for Visual Studio Code.
• Extensive experience with Salesforce integration patterns and technologies, such as REST/SOAP APIs, JSON, and XML.
• In-depth understanding of web development technologies, such as HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and frameworks like Angular or React.
• Strong understanding of relational databases and SQL.
• Ability to analyze complex business requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
• Excellent problem-solving and debugging skills.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with business stakeholders and cross-functional teams.
• Salesforce certifications, such as Salesforce Certified Platform Developer I and II and Salesforce Certified Administrator, are required. Additional certifications like Salesforce Certified Application Architect or Salesforce Certified System Architect are a plus.
