Job Summary:
HR Business Partner for Trane China services biz stream growth support, function as the key HR strategic business partner to work with business leadership team on critical business, organizational and capability transformation growth strategy development and execution. Lead and drive China services business organizational, talent, leadership & culture solutions delivery including organization effectiveness, workforce planning, talent & leadership hiring, development and engagement, performance management with total reward effectiveness, etc.;
Responsibilities: 
  • Take lead to partner with services business leadership team on organization design and optimization, and play key role in change management process
  • Provide coaching and consultation on people management, organization development and HR policies
  • Drive strategic workforce planning delivery in line with business transformation growth strategy, and continue to optimize workforce plan modeler and effectiveness
  • Partner with entire business leadership team to build talent strategy, initiate talent management and development activities, and upgrade capability of the entire organization
  • Continuously proceed employee performance management effectiveness to drive overall organization labor cost efficiency
  • Take account for talent hiring with fast speed and high quality align with business growth needs
  • Lead Talent competency model refresh and drive the technical and leadership training effectiveness
  • Play as a critical role to build a Progressive, Diverse and Inclusive business & organization culture for employees to work with
  • Lead total reward effectiveness to drive ‘high pay for high performance’ culture delivery with higher employee engagement level with real EVP addressed
  • Work close with relevant functions to provide consultation on Employee Relations issues
  • Utilize data analytics to identify improvement opportunities and provide insights, recommendation, and solutions
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor’s Degree required; Master’s Degree preferred;
  • 5 ~8 years’ experience in the Human Resources Function, Commercial HRBP experience is a Must, and Services or Solutions HRBP experience / background is preferred
  • Multiple-skilled HR professional experiences/capability cross entire HR modules is required, including hiring, organization design, workforce plan, total reward design, performance mgmt., training and development, employee engagement, leadership development, etc..
  • Strong execution capability with solid biz acumen, high learning agility, passionate to learn and grow, high resilience to work under pressure
  • With experience/capability to be a change agent on business organization, talent & leadership solutions development and delivery, especially ever working in a fast-growing business / organization is preferred
  • Demonstrated strong change management capability, with solid experience to support a business transformation growth – high growth, org. & talent capability build/refresh, cost efficiency, culture build, etc..
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to communicate in a professional, positive, courteous manner at all times with all levels of clients and employees
  • Proficiency in using Microsoft software: Excel, Word, PowerPoint;
