Where is the work?

This position has been designated as a Hybrid work schedule with work performed onsite 3 days each week in Davidson, NC.

Job Summary:

As the Systems Enablement Process & Change Management Leader, you will drive the development, implementation, and optimization of Trane Technologies’ supply chain systems and analytics platforms. This role requires exceptional leadership, as you will inspire cross-functional teams, champion organizational change, and set the vision for systems standardization and integration. 

You will lead the creation of training materials, ensure global alignment in processes, and oversee change management initiatives to achieve seamless system adoption. Reporting to the Supply Chain Systems Enablement Leader for Integrated Supply Chain, this highly visible leadership role will provide the opportunity to shape the organization’s operational strategy while driving scalable, cost-efficient, and innovative solutions.  Based at our North American Headquarters in Davidson, North Carolina.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead cross-functional teams to identify system requirements and deliver solutions aligned with organizational goals.
  • Work with multiple IT development scrum teams to provide requirements and user stories for these teams to build solutions.
  • Inspire and mentor team members, fostering collaboration, accountability, and innovation across all levels.
  • Document current and future state processes & business requirements, system integration gaps, and system constraints.
  • Ensure that the development teams have a clear understanding of the business requirements and priorities.
  • Provide advisory input, design validation, system configuration, testing, and rollout support.
  • Ensure that the development teams have a clear understanding of the business requirements and priorities.
  • Collaborate with global teams to leverage Trane’s scale and implement solutions that maximize cost efficiencies.
  • Understand and document how the processes work within the procurement value stream.
  • Lead change management initiatives to promote system adoption and ensure alignment with organizational objectives.
  • Develop and deliver training programs and materials for supply chain systems and processes.
  • Establish metrics and KPIs to measure the success of change initiatives and process improvements.
  • Identify cost-saving opportunities through centralized procurement and process optimization.

Qualifications: 

  • Bachelor’s Degree in supply chain, business, engineering, finance, or a related field required
  •  Master’s Degree in supply chain, business, engineering, or related field preferred
  • 7+ years of experience in supply chain, process standardization, or a related discipline.
  • Proven leadership experience with the ability to inspire and influence teams across functions and geographies.
  • Strong project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Exceptional communication skills, including the ability to translate complex technical requirements for diverse audiences.
  • Experience in lean methodologies, coaching, and servant leadership principles.
  • Experience with global supply chain systems implementations.
  • Knowledge of the latest supply chain technologies and trends. 
  • Willingness to travel up to 10%.

Compensation:   

Base Pay Range: $72,000 - $125,500 Total compensation for this role will include a commission/incentive plan.
