Job Summary:
Responsible for the successful leadership and management of unitary department, overseeing sales for all unitary range of products and is directly responsible for the specific revenue targets.
Responsibilities: 

       Leading Unitary Sales in Malaysia market to achieve company strategic goals.

       Generate budgeted sales, manage mix, and pricing to achieve margin goals in assigned sales.

       Develop and build good working relationships within all levels of existing customers .

       Expand new customer base in all areas.

       Work closely with inside sales team to assure complete customer coverage and ensure customer satisfaction.

       Know the competition, utilities, builders and dealers.

       Develop contingency plans required for changing market conditions.

       Ensure safety performance and compliance at all levels.


Qualifications:

       -Bachelor’s Degree or above (Mechanical Engineering )

       -10+ years of sales experience in HVAC products or related industry with the same background

       -Ability to foresee market trends and propose solutions; analyze industry dynamics with a view to developing practical strategies; anticipate emerging issues that have the potential to impact revenue and profit

      - Knowledge of Trane HVAC products and competitor products

      -Demonstrated experience leading & supporting regional business initiatives

       -Experience in driving aligned actions through groups that do not directly report to them.

       -Product management skills: Ability to lead the planning, implementation, and evaluation of projects according to established processes; serve as a consultant for internal and external customers.

       -Proactive not Reactive; Builder and Architect; Leader and Contributor

       -Capable of working as a team player or independently

      - Strong communication and Fluent English in Speaking and Writing

     -  Highly motivated, reliable, self-starter
