Job Summary:

The Visualization & Product Development Analyst is responsible for creating insightful data visualizations and contributing to the development of data-driven products. This role involves working closely with cross-functional teams to understand business needs, translate them into analytical solutions, and develop interactive dashboards and reports that drive strategic decision-making.

Based at our Bengaluru India corporate office, you will report directly to the Visualization & Product Development Manager for ISC​

Job Responsibilities:

• Design and develop interactive dashboards, reports, and visualizations using tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or similar.
• Ensure visualizations are intuitive, actionable, and aligned with business objectives.
• Maintain and update existing dashboards and reports to reflect changing business needs.
• Collaborate with product managers, data scientists, and engineers to develop data-driven products and features.
• Participate in the product development lifecycle, from ideation to deployment, ensuring data integrity and usability.
• Conduct user testing and gather feedback to improve product features and functionality.
• Perform data analysis to identify trends, patterns, and insights that inform business decisions.
• Develop and maintain data models and queries to support visualization and reporting needs.
• Ensure data accuracy and consistency across all visualizations and reports.
• Work closely with business stakeholders to understand their requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
• Conduct training sessions and workshops to educate users on how to interact with and interpret visualizations.
• Communicate findings and recommendations to stakeholders through presentations and reports.
• Stay updated with the latest trends and technologies in data visualization and product development.
• Identify opportunities for process improvements and implement best practices.
• Participate in data governance and quality assurance initiatives to ensure high standards of data integrity.

Qualifications:

·       Education: Bachelor’s degree in data science, Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Analytics, or a related field. Master’s degree preferred.

·       Experience: 3+ years of experience in data visualization, business intelligence, or a related role.

Key Competencies:

• Experience with programming languages such as Python or R.
• Familiarity with cloud data platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, Google Cloud).
• Knowledge of UX/UI principles and best practices.
• Certifications in data visualization or product management.
