Job Summary：
Performs various tasks related to assisting dealers with accurate receipt of HVAC & Supply equipment.

Where is the work: 

This position has been designated as On-Site. 

This role has been designated by the Company as Safety Sensitive.

Responsibilities: 

• Schedule and coordinate trailer pick-up & delivery with transporters 
• Monitor status of all pending orders and initiate action as warranted 
• Review/confirm all memorandum of shipments 
• Generate all bills of lading and secure carrier signatures 
• General administrative tasks as required 
•  Performs housekeeping as assigned.
• Assist in annual warehouse inventory
• Flexibility to work overtime/weekends, as required.

Qualifications:

• We are looking for a customer oriented person with a High school diploma or GED required. Material handling experience preferred.
• Proven ability to follow through on commitments and details
• Ability to follow verbal and written instructions
• Excellent attendance and punctuality
• Excellent written, verbal and interpersonal communication skills
• Proven team player
• Strong customer service skills
• Must be able to read and write English
•  Experience with Microsoft Office Suite (Office, Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint)
• While performing the duties of this job, you are regularly required to stand, use hands to finger, handle or feel, and effectively communicate with others - talk and hear. You will frequently be required to walk; reach with hands and arms; and stoop, kneel, crouch or craw. You will occasionally required to sit. This position regularly lifts and/or moves up to 25 pounds, frequently lifts and/or moves up to 50 pounds. Any lifting above 50 pounds should be done mechanically.
• Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision, distance vision, color vision, peripheral vision, depth perception, and ability to adjust focus.
• this position works in a typical parts warehouse environment. You occasionally will be exposed to wet and/or humid conditions, outside weather conditions, extreme heat, and fumes from forklift. The noise level in the work environment is usually moderate.

Compensation:   

Base Pay Range: $18-22

Total compensation for this role will include a commission/incentive plan. Disclaimer: This base pay range is based on US national averages. Actual base pay could be a result of seniority, merit, geographic location where the work is performed.
