Job Summary
We’re hiring a Trane Warehouse Associate in Birmingham, AL to help our warehouse team operate at its best. You’ll work during the day (1st shift, Monday-Friday with occasional Saturdays) to ensure we are meeting our customers’ needs. Responsibilities: 
  • Be the reliable primary contact for warehouse movement and for customer and local transportation provider interactions
  • Coordinate inbound and outbound shipments and freight accurately
  • Stock and organize product inventory for smooth warehouse operations
  • Load and unload freight using power industrial vehicles such as a forklift; maintain work equipment
  • Maintain office and warehouse supplies required for effective operation
  • *Flexibility to work overtime/weekends and on-call shifts, as required
Qualifications:
  • HS Diploma or equivalent required
  • Previous Warehouse and power industrial vehicle experience such as a forklift
Key Competencies:
  • Reinforces culture of safety by utilizing all appropriate resources to safely perform all function of the job
  • Excellent planning and organizational skills
  • Proven ability to follow through on commitments and details
  • Strong computer skills (proficient in Microsoft Office Suite)
  • Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills
  • Strong customer service skills
  • Proven team player

Compensation: 

Base Pay Range:  $19 and up, depending on experience
