Where is the work
Onsite: This position requires an on-site work schedule based in Gurgaon.
What will you do
In this role, you will:
• You will be part of a team that values collaboration, customer focus, and continuous improvement. You’ll play a key role in driving our vision for sustainable solutions and helping us stay at the forefront of climate innovation.
What you will bring:
• Proven experience (ideally 10+ years) in selling HVAC products like Ductable and VRF systems.
• Ability to build strong networks with HVAC Consultants, Architects, Interior Designers, and Trade Partners.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong negotiation and selling abilities, focused on meeting sales targets and ensuring customer satisfaction.
• Responsible for tendering, budgeting & costing, Resources planning, Design & Engineering & management support for HVAC projects.
• Ability to organize brand awareness events through ISHRAE and ASHRAE.
