Job Summary:
This role supports Trane Technologies Life Sciences Portfolio.
Responsibilities:
The Cycle Count position is responsible for thorough continuous cycle counts of inventory in a timely manner. They will research all data available to resolve discrepancies and adheres to proper inventory control and procedures.
- Promotes Helmer values as demonstrated in personal productivity and quality of work, management of internal/external relationships, actively seeking out and participating in Continuous Improvement practices, and willingness to engage and support team initiatives.
- Comply with workplace safety procedure.
- Perform physical inventory count and compare results with system data.
- Executes daily cycle counts utilizing a systematic approach (ABC Analysis) and predetermined schedule. Adheres to the cycle counting procedures and guidelines.
- Research discrepancies between physical and system count.
- Communicate cycle count finding to Production Planners responsible for inventory.
- Maintains count records and data files.
- Maintain level of knowledge and understanding of operational material flow.
- Complete non-standard daily cycle counts as directed.
- Manage Changer Order (CO) material disposition process and communicate status, gaps and completion of requested disposition.
- Audit Change Order (CO) disposition (phase in/phase out) process to ensure proper transactions.
- Audit Kanban Replenishment Tool Process and present findings to Area Leader.
- Operate forklift and scissor lift in order to facilitate cycle counting.
- Manage INVA transactions for Sign Out Parts
- Burn Compact Disc (CD) for operations team in order to package equipment manuals.
- Audit the ORV and backflush to ensure items are picked in system as required.

Relative Work Experience: 1-3 years related experience required.
Education: High school diploma or GED required.
Certifications / Licenses: Holds valid driver’s license.
Computer Systems / Software: MRP/ERP (Fourthshift) preferred. Data entry and computer skills (Outlook, Excel, Word) required.
Specialized Training: Must successfully complete Helmer Forklift training

Base compensation range $19/HR-$21.00/HR
