Paint Technician 2nd Shift
Job Summary:
This role supports Trane Technologies Life Sciences Portfolio. This role has been designated by the company as Safety Sensitive.
The Paint Technician:

Determine paint schedules based on a part dimension and orientation.

Directs the work of General Fabricators assigned to the team by the Fabrication Department Manager.

Responsible for the quality and performance of the paint line.
Relative Work Experience: 1-3 years relative work experience preferred. One year paint room experience preferred.
Education: High school diploma or GED required.
Certifications / Licenses: May drive a forklift as needed but is not required for job. Employees who drive a forklift are required to hold a valid driver’s license and satisfactorily complete Helmer Fork Lift Training
