Comply with workplace safety procedures.

Regular and reliable work attendance. Includes punctuality and working scheduled overtime if necessary to meet our commitment for quality products and service to our customers.

Perform quality audits as assigned for all NBY products. This includes process related audits of all NBY work cells.

Ability to compare job submittal packets and production shop packets to identify any discrepancies.

Manage objectives and tasks as identified and assigned.

Investigate quality / manufacturing process concerns and aid in finding solutions.

Ensure all quality requirements are completed prior to unit shipment.

Ensure operator quality audits are completed and documented prior to unit shipment.

Conduct visual acceptance of NBY units prior to packaging the unit for shipment.

Support MDI team and process of problem solving and continuous improvement.

Support NBY safety initiatives as required.
Education, Experience & Skills
-
Relative Work Experience: 1-3 years manufacturing related experience.

Education: High school diploma or GED required.

Can work with standard computer systems such as excel, word, power point, TEAMS. Must have ability to learn task specific systems such as Tableau, Apriso and others as required.

Physical Requirements

Must be able to perform task which may include regularly lifting to 25 lbs.

This is a production area support position. This will require standing or walking up to 85% of a work shift.

Primary work area will be within the production areas, however, if needed, will need to be able to work on outdoor shipping pad or NBY warehouse spaces as needed.
