Where is the work:
This position can be located in La Crosse, Charlotte, Atlanta or Columbia.
What you will do:
The Trane Supply SBU for Trane Technologies provides Regional Interns for current college students with challenging assignments, leadership training, valuable exposure to our company's senior leaders and opportunities to network. Our 12-week summer opportunity offers candidates working toward their bachelor’s in engineering or computer science exposure to variety assignments which could include: New Product Development, Value Analysis/Value Engineering, Data Management, etc.
What you will bring:
Collaborate with others to foster effective teamwork by linking own responsibilities to the team’s goals and needs - zeal for new information, knowledge, and experiences
- Rapidly resolve problems to maximize customer satisfaction
- Establish courses of action for self and others to ensure work is completed efficiently, such as, prioritizing tasks based on importance
- Willing to be mobile and relocate anywhere in the United States
- Pursuing a BS/BA Engineering or Computer Science
- Minimum Work Experience: Junior year status – completed at least one previous internship or work experience
- Demonstrated leadership skills such as: campus organizations, sports team captain, resident advisor, etc. or exceptional leadership of work projects
- U.S. citizen or have the legal right to work in the U.S. without requiring sponsorship now or in the future
