Our organization is seeking a dynamic and experienced individual to join our team as the Sr. Financial Systems Data Analyst. Reporting to the Leader, Financial Systems, Analytics & Automation, this role will focus on driving the development and adoption of reporting metrics and dashboards to promote finance transformation and continuous improvement initiatives. Passion for data, understanding how people comprehend information, and a commitment to customer focus are key to finding success on this team. In addition, you will work with cross-functional partners to share knowledge, establish analytics standards and best practices, and accelerate capabilities across Enterprise Finance.

Where is the work:
Due to the nature of this role, this position has been designated as a Hybrid work schedule with work performed onsite 3 days each week.
What you will do:
- Understand business needs and strategy, gather requirements, and translate into dashboard designs.
- Promote design-thinking principles in dashboard development.
- Develop world-class dashboards to enable sophisticated self-service analysis for all Enterprise-wide finance stakeholders.
- Use data visualizations to facilitate storytelling, and data exploration.
- Lead organizational thinking about new and better ways to display information.
- Understand and develop data structures required to combine multiple data sets to allow for multi-faceted data exploration and performant dashboards.
- Data exploration to identify and understand new data sets that can enhance the value of dashboards and insights.
- Ability to analyze and interpret financial data, and effectively communicate key insights in a clear and concise manner to the stakeholders at all levels.
- Manage launch of dashboards through UAT, training material development and training sessions.
- Partner within the Corporate and Business FP&A teams, IT, and broader organization to develop and launch innovative dashboards.
- Operate in an agile fashion to deliver regular “demos” to the customer.
What you will bring:
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, such as Data Science, or Analytics.
- 6+ years of experience in a hands-on data visualization role.
- Expert knowledge of Tableau, and Tableau Server. Certifications preferred.
- Advanced data analysis skills, including proficiency in Tableau, SQL, Python or R.
- Experience with large and complex data sets.
- Strong understanding of database structures, theories, principles, and practices
- Excellent communication skills –able to convey complex concepts to technical and business teams in a simple and understandable way.
- Agile & OneStream experience a plus.
Compensation:
Base Salary: $95,000 - $125,000
Additional Compensation: Total compensation for this role also will include an incentive plan.
