As a Production Supervisor with Trane Technologies, you will use your passion for quality and cost effectiveness in manufacturing to help lead our Screw team. You will monitor and coordinate the daily operation of a production shift in a high-volume, lean manufacturing environment, and partner with other department leads/supervisors to achieve team and plant goals.

Where is the work:  
This position will be onsite each day in Apodaca.

What you will do:

  • Comply daily with the production schedule, delivering the customer's orders on time.
  • Comply with quality standards.
  • Supervise the proper use of EPP and ensure the correct filling of MDI boards.
  • Manage personnel according to balances established by engineering.
  • Ensure the correct use of machinery, equipment and materials of the production lines.
  • Ensure compliance with the work STDs of the staff.
  • Ensure the correct execution of TPM programs.
  • Collect information on downtime and take corrective actions to eliminate them.
  • Verify attendance, overtime and staff vacations to prepare payroll.
  • Ensure compliance with indicators and security courses, BBS preventions and 5's of your area in charge.
  • Assistance to start-up meetings, downtime and monthly meetings.
  • Control and administration of Skills Matrix
  • Fill out the production and downtime reports

What we expect of you:

  • Bachelor's degree in industrial or mechanical engineering (desirable)
  • Experience as production supervisor 3 years
  • Experience with machining 
  • Personnel administration and leadership skills

  • Fluent english
